With at least 15 sessions you will see amazing results, start burning fats and ultimately lose weight.

Avoid bad fats but use good fats

Your diet should only contain good fats. Only cook with oils that are healthy. Such oils include sunflower oil, olive oil, canola oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil and walnut oil. Do not use cooking fats such as butter and vegetable oil. Your body only requires healthy fats.

Keep off sugar

Sugar is not good if you are struggling to lose weight. Keep it off your diet. Too much sugar in your diet will make your body to produce insulin to burn it off and this will spike the insulin. The sugar that is not used is usually changed to fats.

Have healthy eating plan

Plan your eating schedule. Let the breakfast be the largest meal. This is because your body requires a lot of calories as you engage your daily activities. Supper should be light since you want to retire to the bed and the body does not need a lot of calories.

Eating styles

It is advisable to have mini meals. This is very essential in losing weight. This means that you only give the body what it needs at the moment. No idling calories in the body. Avoid overeating as it not healthy. Do not starve yourself for long as it will make you overeat. Do not also skip meals as this will lower your metabolism and for you to lose weight you need to keep the metabolic rate high.

Avoid foods that are junky

Keep off junky foods. Avoid using foods that are fried and junky. Also keep off foods that are processed or canned. This is because such foods have high contents of calorie and sugar.

Rewards serve as great motivation. Whether you are old or young, you love rewards. Even if the reward is small it will go a long way to tell you that they are doing great.  The reward will also give you a positive feeling towards the weight loss plan.
