We cannot make this up! For ladies who want to wear white during "that time of month", US retailer, J.C. Penney has introduced the "Period Skirt".  Social media is seeing blood red over this one, but JCPenney's response is right on point — "We think it's a fab skirt for any time of the month. Period."
